The vision was to build partition half walls ("wing walls") integrated with existing trim, as if designed and built that way from the beginning. Two custom square-tapered columns were fabricated to match the customer's vision for the style of the home. Custom trim was created from existing moldings to blend with the original design motif. Full-size mockups were created to visualize the concept, validate proportions, and finalize the design before construction started to ensure the final result matched the vision and expectations.

The vision was to convert the open Sitting Room into an Study with French doors to keep the room bright while adding sound control and some privacy. This required reframing the opening to correct some original framing issues, as well as to conform to the standard 60" x 80" double door opening. The result looks like it was part of the original home design.

The original bathroom vanity of a luxury townhouse was "tired" - the sink was starting to corrode around the rim, the countertop was builder-grade laminate, and the design was dated. The new vanity was a big upgrade in every way: top-quality solid wood cabinet with soft-close doors/drawers, a designer quartz countertop and backsplash, all new supply/drain lines, and a high-quality Moen faucet.

The original fireplace surround was a "builder's special" - cheap and basic. The new design added character without being overwhelming and fit within the existing space and budget.

This was a fun little project: assemble a 10ft wide x 6ft deep, x 10ft high two-story Victorian Mansion playhouse as a special birthday present for a 6-year old girl. This fancy cedar playhouse came complete with a table, bench, chair, kitchen sink with pretend food, and a garage. Once assembled, we sprayed and back-brushed an eco-friendly clear waterproof sealant over the entire exterior and every nook and cranny of the interior to ensure many years of fun.
